The J-1 Visa Intern Program is specifically designed for international students currently enrolled in a university outside the United States, or for recent graduates who completed their studies within the past 12 months. This cultural exchange program provides participants with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the U.S., while fostering cross-cultural understanding.
All participants are required to possess excellent to fluent English skills, ensuring they can fully engage with their host organizations and the surrounding community.
The J-1 Visa Training Program offers experienced young professionals the opportunity to engage in career training with U.S. companies for up to 18 months. Trainees are equipped with either a university degree or certificate along with at least one year of professional experience in their field. Alternatively, those with five years of relevant career experience are also eligible to participate.
This cultural exchange program emphasizes professional growth and cross-cultural engagement, with all participants possessing excellent to fluent English language skills to ensure successful communication and integration into their host companies and communities.
The U.S. Department of State limits Hospitality & Tourism and Agricultural training programs to 12 months under the J-1 Visa Exchange Visitor Program.
The Summer Work Travel program offers foreign students the chance to live and work in the United States during their summer break from college or university, providing them with a unique opportunity to experience and engage with the American way of life.
Participants in this program are full-time college or university students enrolled in post-secondary accredited academic institutions outside the United States. Through temporary work and travel opportunities, these students not only gain insight into U.S. culture, but also share their own culture and ideas, fostering mutual understanding and cultural exchange between participants and the American people.
